This will be rental #4, with both kids in college we are now moving into a "Pool House" located in Hope Ranch in Santa Barbara. Rent- $1700/month, includes utilities. Also, I can work off half the rent at $25.00/hr for doing odds and ends around the Main House and yard. I am paying now $2500/month here in Valencia and can't wait to move in January. Best of all my wife can't wait to move.

Your movin to my 'former' neck of the woods. I am really jealous, but enjoy.
Oh, watch out for east beach. Apparently they cant clean the seaweed off the beach anymore and it all just kinda sucks now. Atleast it was so last time I was home. Go South to Santa Claus Lane or Butterfly, both should have actual sand for you to sit on instead of dead kelp. (incase you are a beach person)
