Sites for rentals?
User Forum Topic
Submitted by CogSciGuy on April 26, 2008 - 2:48pm
Anyone know any good sites for looking for homes to rent? (Other than SD Tribune's site and craigslist, which I've already been using.)
Thank you,

North County times?
Good luck! It looks like the better areas are pretty tight, and rents seem to be going up.
Don't be afraid to negotiate if you have good references, high FICO, etc. Smart LLs will take less $$ for a good tenant, especially if they are long-term.
Here are some resources we used when we rented. They had some pretty good, high quality rentals.

Thank you both. I found a possibility on one of those, svelte.

Try Googling "Property Management San Diego".
This will direct you to PM sites. They often have much more than you will find in any ads.
