Severe drop on detached home in Oceanside

There's a house in 92057 (MLS #P556593) listed for $622,200 at 5**4 Willow Walk Rd. This very same house sold for $782,388 on 6/1/2005 according to the county records. Can someone check to see if this is a REO? This is the most severe drop I've seen on a detached house in area. I've been monitoring zip 92057 and most seller's still seem to be stuck on 2005's dream prices.

last comp in the neighborhood was $601,000 couple weeks back... looks like $599,999 will be a pipe dream for the bank.
