sdrealtor mentioned senior 55+ communities in a different thread. I guess 55+ communities used to be popular at one time but builders no longer build them. Why would they if they can get higher prices building a project that's open to all ages. I can understand that old people don't want neighbors with children disturbing them. What was the attraction of 55+ communities from the standpoint of the builders.
