Every month we get a little news letter from a Realtor stuffed into the crack of our door. The newsletter is a list of the most recent SEH sales...it's usually pretty interesting. I went ahead and put together the sales data and the map locations, along with the previous sale info, for any that are interested. Some big losers as usual, and a few that bought back in 2002 and perhaps were able to keep their shirts.
