Piggs, real estate market is facing headwinds for the foreseeable future.

And republicans are lost, uncomfortable to watch. Kind of sad, actually.

So here's my off-beat real estate market prediction:

** RE market and republicans will bottom at same time. **

Now here's the bad news:

It will take a decade.

And trillions of taxpayer dollars...
