Real Estate experts or High priced call girls?

Not sure how many of you watch some of these shows on DIY and HGTV about flipping and selling etc... But is always makes me laugh when they bring in thier Real Estate "expert" to evaluate a home and this "expert" is some smoking hot 20 year old woman who should be gracing the center pages of playboy instead. These "experts" make me wonder if they really know a thing about RE or are they just posing as one and just reading lines the show writers gave them.

The mistake that many men make when they see a hot woman, is that they immediately associate "hot woman" with "airhead" or "bitch" or "slut" and/or both. No wonder some of the more attractive women I have met have in the past complained about being lonely.

 

Smart women are sexy. Smart women that are also sexy are even better. Smart women that are also sexy AND can drive a manual are keepers.

I rather like Kirsten Kemp who used to do Property Ladder (now, occasionally, in reruns). She would tell people stuff like "You don't need new kitchen cabinets -- these are fine! Just change the knobs" or "You are overdoing this kitchen for this area [nearest city, Sacramento -- 90 minutes away]. This is not a granite/stainless steel appliances neighborhood." It's amusing to watch the flippers go ahead with their plans anyway...and then can't sell at the price they want.

As someone who drives a stick, it's not rocket science and it's so much fun. I recommend all smart, sexy women learn to drive manual. No going back for those who drive auto.
