Any realtors know what the deal with the house on Schooner Way, 92008? It was up for sale with an open house on Sunday and sold in a matter of a couple days already?

I am not sure what you are asking for. Yes it went into escrow quickly. LA was prudential and the buyers agent was a coldwell banker agent. Looks like they got a buyer who like what he saw at the open house.
I'm just shocked at the speed in this market. I literally saw that house go on the market Sunday. My friend who wants to buy in that neighborhood was out of town that weekend. I contacted him Monday to tell him about the house because the size of that lot and the fact that it was on the market for way less than the other one in the neighborhood that is sitting (on a much smaller lot). As far as I know, he contacted the agent ASAP and was told it was already sold. Sure enough I did a drive by and saw a SOLD sign up. I was astonished!

I know I have someone who REALLY wants a home exactly like that in that area. The lot size is large but a good deal of the lot is a slope upward. Still I know what you mean. Crappy stuff has been sitting going nowhere but the good stuff is going quickly if priced right.
