I think their Flash player for floor plans is lame. You can't even resize it so you have to scroll around in a dinky little window to view the plans. Who uses Flash instead of PDF?
Seriously, if they can't even spend a few grand to build a nice website to sell their homes, what kind of quality are the homes going to be?

Standard Pacific houses are nice but they are too close to each other and most of them are townhouses without backyards. I felt very cramped when I went there to check the area. Also, they are too far east.
I prefer Priest Prospect Glen houses because they are detached houses with backyards and they are closer to the freeways and to the Santee Mission Trail park area. They also come with 20 years of builder warranty.

$400K is bubble price. The last of the units will be sold, eventually, by the bank for $200s. Also, early buyers should plan on having a lot of partially constructed (and unbuilt lots) "houses" in the neighborhood in the "HOA" (which will be hence unable to maintain the common areas of the property, causing further loss of value).

Markzuber, you must be referring to "Canopypark" and not "Stoney Creek". The Stoney Creek homes have a small backyard. Standard Pacific is offering some great deals right now.

Petty, I know.
I would recommend taking a look at this website, these homes can be had for around $375 now!
