Price trend in CMRUser Forum Topic
Submitted by infoseeker on June 3, 2009 - 10:05am
What bubble busting are people talking about? Zestimate shows that homes in CMR neighbourhood are just down 15-20% from the peak. Will we see prices coming down further in this area? Thoughts?

$311 psf does seem like alot for an inland property.
Ranch Bernardo is mid-level community, we're going to see prices dropping as the Alt-As and prime start defaulting as the employment stays stagnant.
Not sure where you have been, but a lot of that alt-a option arm shit is being cleaned up thanks to the us tax payers.

That particular neighborhood will probably reach 25-30% off, but I wouldn't hold my breath for anything more. Both hp and sony would have to fire everyone before that would happen. Those two have been hanging in there.
