Price check on 2227 Illion St. 92110?

My wife and I were driving through the area and saw a new Prudential Realty sign on 2227 Illion St. (92110 zip) yesterday morning and in the afternoon, it was down -- as in literally laying down in the front yard with no infomation. It was just put up within the past few days, so I dont think it has sold.

Does anyone have access to the asking price for this address?

The house is not sold. In fact it has not been placed on the MLS yet. I was going to say it was a foreclosure and the bank has not priced it yet but that is dead wrong. In fact the owner has owned it since 1988 and has only two recorded loans on it, one for 10k and another for 50k back in 1995. If you saw a Pru sign out front eventually I will assume it will hit the market.
