I found so many interesting and knowledgable topics initiated by you in this forum, thought you should be paid for your work,..., Just curious, no offense, really.
I was always under the impression that the Professor would more likely serve up some absinthe or some other potent elixer to stimulate the conversation.
1st Posting by Me! I sold almost 200 properties in the last 5 years! Did not get anything in Hurricane Coasts, told me they will "auciton" off after 2nd season of Hurricanes. In the mean time, I'm going to the "default" country! I'm leaving 4 the Highest Foreclosure NOD cities in the world! Shanghai and Beijing! 2-3% of all condo owners are in "some form" of default.
