Pacific Views, Oside

Fellow Piggs,
I am looking for some North County knowledge. A good friend of mine is looking at a rental in Pacific Views. It is on the North side of the 78, just west of College and between the El Camino CC and Miracosta College (on Golfers Dr). Does anyone know the area specifically? I drive on college from time to time but I don't know anyone that lives in that specific area. Knowing that Oside can change drastically from block to block, I told him that you guys would be able to give me an honest assessment of the area. Thanks in advance.
