OT: What is the lowest HELOC rates you are seeing now?

The lowest I can find right now is prime -.25%, with the minimum at 2% (if it ever falls that low..doubt it). And capped at 6% above prime...

Cheap money for the time being at 3%. There is a one time $500 processing fee

I looked at schwab. They were at 4%
