OT: Sheila Bair addresses the nation

We've had our 100th bank failure this week, and today the FDIC released this PSA assuring us that our money is safe. Notice how Sheila shakes her head as she assures us that all is well. I have drawn my own conclusions, but curious what you all make of this?

Interesting little switch there.. most of her head movement agrees with statements.. but that one statement..

More inquiries on deposit insurance and how it works - nods on affirmative statement@ 0:19
Your insured deposits are absolutely safe - head side to side in no motion while making affirmative statement@ 0:25
No insured depositor has lost money.. - head side to side on No statement, reinforcing it @0:43
Non ever shall - head side to side on No statement @0:45

Last one can be a reinforcement of the No statement or because of contradiction of statement on safeness on body language.. could be because she is worried.. even possibly of a bank run on multiple institutions.
