Orange County Housing Prices Drop

I don't know if there is anything like this that appear in the SD Tribune but every couple weeks the Orange County Register posts a graphic with the latest info from DataQuick on OC home prices and sales. Check out the latest graphic. Median prices have dropped over $20K in just the last couple weeks. Even more interesting is that the median price of a new home is now listed as lower than that of a resale home. I guess some flippers out there are still determined to make their buck.
