Enorah, can you comment on this?
"Chemtrails" are mentioned in House Bill HR 2977,[11] the Space Preservation Act of 2001, introduced by Congressman Dennis Kucinich, where it appears as one of a list of "exotic weapons system[s]" to be banned under the bill. Proponents of the theory point to this as official acknowledgment of the possibility, at least, of such weapons systems. The entire list of exotic weapons was omitted from later versions of the bill.

I've seen reports on this as well. It's interesting but all speculation from what I have seen.

I've found this guy during my energy research. Tom Bearden, a retired military nuclear physicist and expert in electromagnetic waves, that apparently has acquired a vast amount of knowledge on KGB weapons during his tenure in the military. He has some things to say about them and other weapons discussed in that bill, still all speculation, but interesting nonetheless.

Thanks. I was just wondering if there was anything substantive to them. Today's sunset definitely made me think of chemicals v. nature. Weird.
