I know there are a few others on here following PB. I saw a billboard on Grand this morning for:

I'll put some more research into this later, but it is very interesting... After reading the article in the UT about the high-end night club owner going down in flames, OP was the first RE company I thought of.

What??? no more 25 year old mortgage guys blowing a grand a night each to go clubbing... how can this be?
We used to meet our friends upstairs at the Bitter End...nice, upscale, great place to watch the Gaslamp party on the street below. We ordered our share of drinks and appetizers.
Then they started to get greedy...what, you're not ordering our $100 and up bottle service? Get the #*$( out of that chair and go down to the pauper section!
We don't go there anymore. It was odd watching laid back San Diego become snooty.
I think comeuppance is on its way.
One could smell snooty trouble when bars in PB started having dress codes.
Dont waste your time. This is a reserve auction where the seller has placed an undisclosed mimimum sale price FAR ABOVE THE MINIMUM BID PRICE. Also if you look at the fine print the seller can cancel for any reason , but if the buyer backs out they face liquidation damages. More of a marketing ploy than an auction.. I would not be surprised if very few sell.
