Need recomendations for contractors in RSF area.

Can anyone recommend a few good contractors in the RSF area that I can call?

Some of the homes I am looking at there need work. Mostly interior remodels, paitining, landscaping etc, but in a few cases I would want to add on etc.

I want to get an idea of what it would cost for individual houses, so I would like to speak with a contractor down there to get an idea of construction costs down there and maybe hire them to tour a home with me to give me more specific estimates. I am very familiar with costs here in the Bay Area as I have brought contractors to "fixer uppers" but I suspect costs down there are a lot less per square foot.

Any leads would be very appreciated.

I do quite a bit of work (new construction) for these two companies and although I don't know if they do remodels, I highly recommend them. I'm sure they can refer you to someone who does remodels if they don't.
