San Diego Housing Bubble News and Analysis

Ok, so I thought it might be interesting to take some of Mr. Mortgage's data, and then flow it out to see what the impact would be to overall inventory numbers.

As a disclaimer, this is mainly a back-of-the-napkin type math, and certainly not meant to be a comprehensive analysis. Also, Mr. Mortgage himself didn't suggest using this data to forecast future numbers, so I'm taking a bit of liberty here.
