Meet-up April 14 in Encinitas

I decided to post the meet-up in its own thread since I think it was a buried in the other one.

If you missed it, we're having another meet-up on April 14th, Saturday, at 4:30 at Today's Pizza and Salad in Encinitas.

There's no format to the meetings. In the past have gotten together for a couple of hours, and just put usernames to faces. :) We talk about what we think is going to happen in the RE market (it's going to keep going down. For how long? And how low?), and what our personal experiences have been (so glad I sold! So glad I didn't buy!). Hot topics for the next meet-up? How about all that fraud??? It's nuts!

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join. If you think you might stop by, post an RSVP here, because we like to give the restaurant a heads up on how many to expect. Their food is good, and inexpensive.

Sorry, no can do. Appraisers are required to take this course every other year in order to maintain their license. There are only 8 qualified instructors in San Diego County, and most of the other instructors don't teach the course but once or twice a year. If I don't follow through that'll create a hardship for some of the appraisers who are signed up.
