GREEN BAY, Wisc. (AP) - John McCain says the Federal Reserve needs to stop bailing out failed financial institutions.

Addressing a business group in Wisconsin, the Republican presidential hopeful said the Fed should get back to what he called "its core business of responsibly managing our money supply and inflation."

The Fed engineered an $85 billion takeover of insurance giant AIG this week, one of a series of failures of major financial companies that have rocked Wall Street. The government seized control of housing giants Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae earlier this month.

The Arizona senator reiterated his call to fire S-E-C chairman Chris Cox, saying there needed to be greater accountability in Washington.

You know, the GOP and DNC have huge data bases on personality profiles. The both have well over 100 million people on file. Bottom line they know exactly what you want to here. Each message catered to specific ideology.

Did McCain really say that?! My opinion of him has just radically improved.

My opinion of him has just radically improved.

Why? Because he lied to your face? He has the luxury to say that not being in office.

It is a show. He knows what you want to hear. If he vocally supported this every right wing radio host heads would explode.

Well, you be the judge.. the link is provided, in the coming days, we will see where the candidates stand on the largest bailout ever, and on the biggest move towards socialism in our country's history.

For now.. one thing is certain.. BOTH BUSH and OBAMA agree that the bailout is good thing. If it becomes true that McCain is against the bailout... so much for OBAMAs mantra that he is gonna bring CHANGE to the white house and McCain is more of the same..
