That looks like one heck of a bidding war.
But unfortunately its just a typo. Other records show the recent buyers paid $837k.
Are the numbers on sdlookup self reported? I've seen several properties that "sell" for significantly more than than the asking price, but on further examination these sales turn out to be foreclosures.

SD Lookup runs on an IDX feed, then stores in somewhere (database?) and
Maybe a price update on a close property either does not get reported in IDX, or SD Lookup has a bug. Report it with the feedback, and see it it gets' fixed

Call me crazy, but even as a small place built in 1990, sounds like a decent deal. What am I missing?
