powayseller, did a lot of work and presented it to us on a silver platter. Thanks to her, I could read real estate related news without looking for it. I miss her.

powayseller's post were provocative and got us to think about what could happen on the downside.

When powayseller develops her own site, I'll be hanging out there rather than here.

If you can't handle her bear perspective, then you're not able to have an impartial view of Real Estate. Ignoring the downside of real estate is like going to war and refusing to plan for the possibility that your might loose. That outcome wouldn't be pleasant but the possibility is always there.

If you don't agree with PS, why not start a different thread to present your point of view. Plus it's easy to ignore the posts you don't want to read.

i wish could...not listen to her.  the posts suck and are really boring, she posts so much.Its like she floods the forums.you could look up the info your self.

I happen to be an adult capable of making my own decisions in what i like and i don't like, what i read and what i don't. If you don't like someone you are free to say it but do not insult our intelligence by writing thread that only shows immature behavior.

I am not in favor or against PS, but i really feel offended to the direct and mean attacks to her. I was raised that a woman should be not be hurt even with a petal of the rose.

You are simply out of line. I don't necessarily agree to all PowaySeller's post, but at least we should respect her opinion. Please don't attack anyone here. It is inappropriate.

It seems pretty obvious that Tucker's posts are some sort of bait. Nobody is that moronic. I'm not saying that to be mean; if I thought there were any chance that he were for real, I wouldn't say that.

As for powayseller, I have to admit that for my part in supporting less posting from her, I feel I was wrong. I disagree with her analysis more than I agree with it. And I don't like her confrontational style (especially combined with her disapproval of those who confront her) and her overconfidence in her opinions. But I like this site more with her constant posts than without them.

I think sdduuude is great (for more than just his disagreements with ps), and I agree with his consistently pointing out the flaws in powayseller's analyses. And, like I said, I originally went along with him in questioning the value of ps's voluminous posts. But, hey, if somebody can't see the flaws in her analysis, that's their problem. Her information gathering skills are really quite good. And I must admit I kinda miss them.

powayseller keep posting (but do take it easy on the volume) and thanks for introducing itulip.com I couldn't stop reading the stuff.
