Any advice/opinions on lender would be appreciated. The place I've been watching is on the market at less than 30% from peak. In 1999 before this whole mess started was only 100k less that what they're selling it for now. I really love this place. (Help me, I'm getting emotional) and I can see myself living there forever. It fits every criteria I'm looking for and I'm super picky. I think I'm going to go for it. Now I need to find a good lender, or should I just go to the bank?

Never is easy, is it. Apparently the interior is gutted and I'm told no bank is going to loan on this place. Cash only or hard money loan. My money is tied up for a while and probably can't access it till end-of-year. So much for that.
I guess the search continues. Majorly bummed right now.
Still thinking. Any hard lenders out there? Once I fix the place up, I can take out a bank loan and pay off the hard loan.
