Could not believe the crap and gloating on the fires in SoCal on Ben's site. Just pissed me off. I am no gentleman with the housing market, but come on.

Generally the content on Bens blog is very good. He just amalgamates lots of news. The comments on the other hand have been on a long slide into the gutter these last two years. Its always been a shriller crowd over there, but sometimes it gets out of hand, even for me.
