I received this Email today. If it were in my area (Henderson) I would buy it today. Unfortunately, new homes are still selling well in my zip code, so no deals like this unless I move across town. Still, the numbers are compelling:

In other words, the sale price has been reduced to $237,000. The "incentive" exists only to maintain the fictional $315,000 value so as to mollify the prior buyers and assure them that they haven't lost $75k in equity.

VEGAS is a lot cheaper than San Diego!!

I need to make a trip there on business to check out the scene. Compared to 400-600k overpriced condos in UTC, Del Mar, and Mission Valley it seems like a bargain. Especially if one can live anywhere.
