San Diego Housing Bubble News and Analysis

Didnt know if this applied to any other thread so dumped it here. This is happening to renters as well so just a heads up.

I tend to scan SDlookup just as much as any pig here, especially in my zipcode. We rent in 4s and today I was sifting through the 92127 area and came across my At-Home Daycare. Checked it out and confirmed with the daycare its on the market. Im not too concerned as they are looking in the area for a replacement home but just something to keep in the back of your mind I guess when renting/ placing your kids in At-Home daycares.
