The California Employment Development Department's latest estimates
indicate that, after adjusting for seasonal factors, San Diego
employment declined slightly in April. The EDD also
revised the estimate of March employment downward.

I superimposed a chart of Zestimated housing prices over Rich's seasonally adjusted San Diego employment levels just to see what it would look like. Its a little sloppy, but the yellow line is San Diego and the Orange in California.
The only scale that really matches between the two charts are the dates. Still interesting, imo.
