How low can it go? Wow 30 year bond @ 2.64%. When I refi'd @ 3.75% I thought wow it can't go any lower, but then I think I thought the same thing @ 4.875%.

hey, I'm refinancing once again as well.

I'm looking at a full $1000 per month reduction in mortgage cost compared to 3 years ago when we purchased.
