Imperial Beach real estate agent

Hi, long time reader, first time poster here. I am looking to buy an investment property in Imperial Beach. Can anyone recommend a real estate agent who specializes in that area? And does anyone have experience of being a landlord down there? I live in San Diego and would manage the property myself. Advice appreciated.
