a Happy Solstice and a happy whatever else it is you celebrate as well.

May you experience much love and joy this year.

We are shifting, of this I am certain. May you ride this shift with ease.

I have heard from my people that the more we all are able to let go, let go of what we are attached to, the happier we all will be, the smoother this transition will be.

So much of what we hold onto is just stuff
