I can't believe the asking price of this house. It is not like this house is in SF or Bay Area where it can command such value. It will be interesting to see how long this will sit in the market and sold at what price.

there is a condo going for 700+ down the street from me, been for sale for a looong time. There is a house a couple blocks also.. just sitting there, I check prices every once in a while for grins, they don't reduce the price at all.. must like having property sit like that

I will just kick back and let them pay the property tax and enjoy the sub-standard services that the state provides for our taxes.
