Huge listing price drop in La Jolla

This appeared yesterday as a "new listing":

5488 SF house in the Muirlands for $3.895M.

I knew it looked familiar, so I found this listing that was pulled 2 days ago:

This house originally listed for $6.25M, then dropped to $5.995M, then $4.9M, then pulled and relisted for $3.895M.

I am sure that the many neighboring listings that are still asking $5M aren't too happy about this. It will be interesting to see if this sells at this price.
