HUD-1 taking forever to be signed by BofA

We are in escrow and the funds has been transferred to the escrow. Everything has been done to close the sale except the seller who is the bank has been taking sooooo long to sign the HUD-1.

Is there anything we can the we do to expedite this situation?

Anyone in the same situation?
