It's too cheesy. The guy seems like a wimp. And they're buying a house bec. a gal named Susan said they could do it? Oh, and her mascara is running...
sdrealtor,
what do you think of Century 21's television commercial where "Suzanne researched" it?
is this helpful to your business?
BTW- anyone who hasn't seen the commercial really should...here is the link again...INCREDIBLE!!!

It's meaningless...simply a large corporation trying to build a brand. It doesnt help me and I doubt it helps anyone.
But it's not meaningless....Century21 needs NO help building a brand....probably one of the most recognized brands in the world already.
This is a deliberate effort to keep the sales activity high enough that Richard Smith doesn't get shot by his constituency of newbie Realtors he probably promised "the world" to.
Cmon....you cant possibly beleive that Newbie realtors take up real estate because of a promise from some exec they have and will never meet.
No showings today?
His showings, as well as his income, are down 35% from last year, statistically speaking, so he has a lot more free time now. I'm sure some of that free time is spent on marketing and working on a Plan B.
Many of us will need a Plan B as the economy unwinds, and all of us will be affected. It's just that realtors are at the front end of this. We can't get smug at someone's loss of income, and second, we will all be affected by the bear market.
I used to love reading SoCalMtgGuys' writings. He left the mortgage business a month ago, to do sales in a different industry. Smart move!
