hemet prices; coming to murrieta?

I hadnt checked what's going on in hemet for a while. Hemet's a way overbuilt sad little town about 15 miles north of murrieta, not a very nice place. I spotted a newish 2003 tract home 2000 plus square feet going for 99000. There are many sub 100k older homes. like way under 100k. i don't know what rents are there but im guessing these places are already well under rents. is this the future of murrieta? I remember the price fall hitting hemet way before murrieta.

Hemet is an armpit. It will always be cheaper iin Hemet than Tem/Murr - but if prices keep falling, it might not be long until prices tomorrow in Tem/Murr are the prices today in Hemet.
