i just moved into a new apartment this week and today found a notice of entry to exhibit to prospective mortgagee. presumably, this means the apartment is up for sale. what are my rights and what should i do? i have a year lease which i've yet to send in and the owner/manager didn't mention anything about a potential sale when i first saw the place. any advice would be appreciated.

oh yeah, i haven't called the guy on the matter yet, wanted to be prepared ahead of the call...

If it's a big company, it's okay, they are just cleaning up loans, and the future investors what to make sure the apt building is what they think it is.

If it's a small apt building...
