I'm looking at refinancing...any good banks/brokers anyone would like to recommend? I may have missed the window yesterday to lock in a lower rate, but hoping to still get a pretty darn good rate over the next few days....

BTW, I just had a broker tell me that because my loan is not that big that most anyone would charge at least 1 point in fees....sounds to be a bit of a crock to me.....although I did like that they offered a float down during your lock period....please let me know what you all think.

I would stay away from Quicken Loans b/c of the upfront fees and they seem like a classic boiler room operation.
