Does this type of advertising bother anyone else?

Long time stalker, first time poster.
Has anyone seen this guys posting's on Craigslist? Just do a search for Murrieta and his postings come constantly. He's basically taking listings off of the MLS and advertising them as his own, sort of. Just rubs me the wrong way, not sure why. Maybe it's because he refuses to use a spellchecker.

Appears to be an idiot who has decided that a whole commission on no sale is better than half a commission on a closed sale. Probably one of the new breed of Realtors who signed up during the easy money days a few years ago who has no clue how to actually market themselves or their business during the tougher times.

The guy is trying to protect himself from people who will try and use his services and then when they see a place they like they turn around and use their lazy uncle, niece, sister or who ever ells they know with a license to complete the transaction effectively cutting him out of the deal. This happens all the time and its very frustrating for a buyers agent because it costs time and money to show properties.
Buyers are known to flake and thats why some agents will only take on clients with an agent exclusive agreement before they invest anything in them. I see where he is coming from but I think his approach is wrong.

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with the exclusive agreement. I have a problem with posting listings that he found on the MLS from other realtors and in a way posturing as if they were his listings. At a minimum, seems lazy to me.
