Developments Near South Vista?

I googled for any planned developments in the southern part of Vista and couldn't find any.

Does anyone here have any info to share?

The area I am talking about is an open area north of Palomar Airport Road between El Camino Real and South Melrose Drive.

Prices for homes in the South Melrose Drive area is starting to hit my range but I'm weary of open areas near the homes. Last month I thought an area in Fallbrook off the 15 was attractively priced until I read a piece about a future dump site near it.
I don't mind other housing developments but not some chemical plant or a dump site.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
