I would say that the buyer got a pretty good deal on the following property

At 240 k minus out 8 k from the government super low interest rates. That is a pretty good buy.

When the wind blows right you can probably catch a whiff of In-N-Out. Still, this is the lowest price I have seen by far. Hard to imagine it going a whole lot lower.
