People have been asking if anyone knows of 2007 foreclosures that are being foreclosed on again. Not really what they are talking about, but an interesting read.

I was most interested in the final parts, about how lenders are not seeking final judgement trying to hold off taking title till the market turns. Could this account for any discrepency between the NOT's and listed inventory on the MLS?
