Are there any residents of Cielo on this board that can share their experiences with me? We have looked at homes there and have our eye on one particular one.

How do you like the area, terrain, CC&R's, community, club, commute, convenience, safety/security, quality of homes, builders, Mello Roos etc? Also, any thoughts on what part of Cielo is Escondido and Escondido Schools? What are your thoughts on homes on the top of the hill (Arriba) vs down closer to the club? Any builders you think are better up there?
