Man o man that bozo keeps blowing his horn on how great real estate is and now the time to buy.

I wonder how long if ever it will be before KOGO kicks his a$$ of the radio.

Filling sheeple with bad advice on real estate. Amazing that KOGO has not fired him.

But then again- KOGO is full of blowhards and fakes like that jackass Chip Franklin who almost got fired in Baltimore. Another annoying fool.

Yes, I know I brought this up a couple years ago but still with evidence the market for RE is tanking it irks me that KOGO will let liars spread bad advice to listeners.

I only listen to KOGO for Coast to Coast and a few shows but that Chowderhead guy is a deluded bozo who is owned by RE crooks.
