wondering what kind of a neighborhood this is? We have a small child. Lots of kids or is it mostly people who have lived there a while. Any guidance is appreciated!

A little of both with a few small barrio like pockets

We considered that area several years back. The freeway noise travels pretty well due to the topology of the land immediately to the east of 5. As sdr said, some pockets with barrios.
