Buying Scripps Ranch house need experience agent with rebate

We are looking for experience RE agent (in Scripps Ranch) who also offers rebate to represent us in our up coming buying transaction. It is even better if the agent is specialized in short sale and/or forclosure. Please help. Thanks!

Just to prevent any confusion, actually i'm the one who specializes in short sales but Adam knows a good amount about them also. He also knows alot about Scripps. He'd be a great choice.

I wholeheartedly recommend Adam - by far the best agent I've ever heard of, let alone dealt with. On several occasions he had proven that he ranks my interests as his client higher than his own. Plus he is very knowledgeable as a realtor, and knows the area very well. Plus he has the rebate.
And he is a good guy, too :)
