They were there first, since prices have returned to 2002, so have the original 2002 residents. It looks like they kinda enjoy the improvements to their land because of the shade and the plentiful supply of slow domesticated animals for snacking.
I wonder how many "lost cat" fliers are on the mailboxes in that neigborhood.
Okay, dumb but as my handle indicates, I am primarily focused on the urban core. Can somebody post a google map link for the area referenced above?
Also, do bobcats actually eat cats?
I know coyotes do but...
Finally, and more seriously, has anybody had or heard of any experiences with homeless taking over abandoned projects? (maybe this should be a separate thread but it seemed like it related)
I wonder if Bobcats are covered in your basic pest report ?
