Bressi Ranch Lease option?!

Okay, so my wife and I are looking at rentals in North County. Just for kicks she drove through Bressi on her way home. She calls me at work and tells me she just grabbed a flier off a house at 2566 Discovery Rd. The flier says "Lease with option to buy" ...get this...11,000 per month!!!

sold a month ago for 1.35mil.

Flier says "either split equity at sale, or option to purchase at close of lease"

What is this all about? Is this 11k a month supposed to attract people? If it was online i'd say it was a typo...but it was a color flier.

That is one of the homes that ocrenter has posted about (http://www.bubbletracking.blogspot.com/) that was brokered by "Super-Realtor® Jenae". I think he has a picture there of the exact flier you are talking about.
