First guess, its a fluke to the low side. Remember we are getting close to a peak reset month for the sub-prime arm wave. That means that alot of the NOT's being seen now are from the early spring when the NOD's really started spiking. I'd bet will see even worse next month. Now to go read the story on Jim's blog!
